Overview

Phos is a minimal meditation and breathwork app designed for personal practice. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data.

Data We Collect - Your data is your own, we collect nothing.

Locally Stored Data

• Practice Statistics: Session durations, dates, breath cycles, and streak data
• User Preferences: Selected meditation durations and breathwork patterns

All practice data is stored locally on your device using Apple's secure storage. We do not collect, transmit, or store any data on external servers.

Apple Health Integration

With your explicit permission, Phos writes "Mindful Minutes" to Apple Health after each session. This data:

• Is controlled entirely by you through iOS Health permissions
• Never leaves your device without your consent
• Can be deleted at any time through the Health app

Data We Do NOT Collect

• Personal identification information
• Location data
• Usage analytics or tracking

• Contact information
• Device identifiers
• Any data transmitted to external servers

Third-Party Services

Phos does not use any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services.

iCloud Sync (Optional)

If you enable iCloud sync in the future, your practice statistics will be synced securely between your Apple devices using your private iCloud account. This data:

• Remains encrypted and private to you
• Is never accessible to us or Apple beyond standard iCloud infrastructure
• Can be disabled at any time in device settings

Data Control

You have complete control over your data:

• All data is stored locally on your device
• You can reset statistics at any time within the app
• Uninstalling the app permanently deletes all local data
• Health data can be managed through Apple Health settings

Children's Privacy

Phos does not knowingly collect data from anyone, including children under 13.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Updates will be reflected in the app and on this page.
